You must request a return via email within 3 days of receipt of the product and arrange a return within 14 working days of notification.
Please provide proof of purchase, such as an invoice or order number, with your email request.
It is your responsibility to return the product in its original packaging and undamaged. Products must be unworn and intact in packaging.
belleplume will inspect the return upon receipt and we reserve the right to refuse a refund if we assess that the product is not in its original condition.
For international returns, you must indicate the product as a return item on the courier's waybill to avoid any duties and taxes.
Please note - it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the item is returned safely. We are not responsible for any items lost or damaged during postage.
Please pack the product in the original box to avoid damage and send it with trackable logistics.
Once you receive your return, please allow 7-10 business days for processing.
If you're not sure whether your return has been delivered, check the tracking information you used to send your return. belleplume is not responsible for returned merchandise lost in transit. It is therefore the customer's responsibility to register the return package with Australia Post or the courier company and keep the registration number securely.
Once belleplume accepts your refund request, you will be refunded the amount you paid, less the original shipping charges.
You will receive an email notification once the refund has been processed.
